As expected, Obama wins in Oregon(58-42) while Clinton wins big in Kentucky(65-30).

Although he lost in Kentucky, Obama still gained 14 pledged delegates which now gives him the attainable majority of pledged delegates.

That means that Clinton cannot catch him even if she wins the rest of the contests with landslide victories.

The exit polls in Kentucky revealed some disturbing information.

Two-thirds of Clinton’s supporters there said they would vote Republican or not vote at all rather than for Obama

  • 41% of Clinton supporters said they’d cast their vote for McCain, and 23 percent said they would not vote at all.
  • 33% said they would back Obama in the general election, according to the polls
  • 54% of voters said Clinton launched unfair attacks on Obama,
  • 55% of those who said Clinton attacked unfairly still voted for her.

So I have to ask the question “is Limbaugh’s “Operation Chaos” (Republicans voting for Hillary to delay nomination) at play here or are Democrats in places like Kentucky or West Virginia unable to deal with a black man as President?
