Woman, 68, Accused Of Forcing Sex On Handicapped Man
A 68-year-old Tampa woman was arrested for forcing a severally mentally handicapped man to perform oral sex on her, police say.
Luella McAdoo is a longtime family friend of the victim, according to Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis.
On April 5, the man’s mother left him in McAdoo’s care while she ran errands. When she came home at about 6 p.m., she found her son performing oral sex on McAdoo. The woman told McAdoo to go home, then she called police because her son, 34, does not have the ability to make a decision about sex on his own, Davis said.
The investigation, Davis said, was particularly challenging because of the victim’s mental condition and inability to communicate verbally. Source
Tsk, tsk, tsk. What in the world is going on. Apparently this is another case where a person in authority has taken advantage of younger person with a mental/emotional disadvantage. You know, sorta like a counselour having a sexual relationship with his/her client. Or a teacher messing with their student.
Too bad this lady wasn’t a CSRA area preacher. She would’ve been found “Not Guilty” in the court of public opinion with the infamous “Touch not my anointed/ Who are you to judge” defense strategy.

I know you are not trying to compare what this woman did to the situation at Elim. Sheena knew what she was doing. The pastor was the victim. I can’t speak on what happened at Fairview.
Winston, so you are saying the pastor was the victim? Is he severly handicapped? Did she rape him at knife point or use a gun? In my opinion he was a willing participant. The only thing that is the same in both stories is that the pastor and the lady here are both in positions of authority and took advantage of the situation.

If it was someone who was well known (prominent) in the community such as a teacher, lawyer doctor or PASTOR, they probably would not have gotten punished. The law only works for the the ones who “pay off” the law. However, I think the 68 year old lady should have been sentenced to help in lieu of arrest.
The Pastor was the victim because the girl was constantly tempting him. She knew what she was doing all along. Everyone has a moment of weakness every now and then.
