Double Standard on John McCains’ Infidelity?

So the media has been all over John Edward’s extra-marital affair and, in my opinion, rightfully so. I mean this guy was in the running for POTUS! Our leaders need to be trustworthy and faithful. Adulterers need not apply. However, is John McCain getting a free pass? Why isn’t the media highlighting his philandering ways? Is there a double-standard? Does he get a pass because he was a POW? Let’s see what our friends at the FAUX News network have to say about it.

Well, considering that MCCain was a POW and a war hero, he probably had some personal issues to deal with. That was many years ago. Edwards did his dirt more recently.
It is obvious that this site has an anti-Fox slant. You only wish that you had 1/16 of the viewership. Losers!!!!
Instead of condemning Edwards actions, you try to justify it by pointing out someone elses flaws. Typical Liberal strategy. Blame shifting!

I agree but its not a liberal strategy…it is a black “man” strategy. They flock behind MLK, Messy Jesse, Sharpton the Permed Pimp, Bill Clinton, Bill Cosby, Kwame Kilpatrick,and any other Black “man” that also sleeps with women that aren’t their wives. name 1 black man in the public eye that does not sleep around.
Its Obvious to me that Big Jim must really wish that he was black. or maybe a black man stole his girlfriend, or may be his stepfather is black and sleeping with his momma.
Also if John McCain can desert his wife, the same woman that waited for him all of that time that he was a POW, then why do some people think that he will be faithful to the American people?

Big Jim, what on earth does being black have to do with extramarital affairs? People of all races, both men and women have extramarital affairs. Keep to the issue, why criticize John Edwards, but make excuses for John McCain. They are both wrong. Both cheated on their wives at very difficult times in both of their lives. The only differences is that John Edwards, didn’t throw his wife away at the lowest point in her life. However, John McCan did something very ugly and cruel, he paid his ex-wife’s medical expenses for life as justification to clear his conscious to leave her to find better fruit. Seah Hannity, a professed Christian should know better than this…a vow is a vow…in sickness and in health.
In addition, Sean Hannity is the most disrespectful and racist reporter I have ever had the displeasure to hear and see in media. There is nothing in his character that tells me he is a Christain…of which he professes more times than I care to hear.
